Hapkido 3rd Form - Nae Ki Hyung Sae

Nae Ki Hyung Sae – 내기 형세
Nae Ki Hyung Sae (17)
1. Dan Jun Ho Hup Side
Feet together, raise right foot and dan jun ho hup from the side
2. Double Reverse Punch
Step into left forward stance with double punch (left/right) and ki hap
3. Low Edge Curve Kick and Heel High Hook Kick Double Knife Hand Block
Right low edge curve kick and heel high hook kick and look back 180 degrees in a
back stance with double knife hand block
4. Spear Hand Strike & Middle Block
Spear hand strike and pull back fast into right cat stance with left inner middle block (with fist)
5. Inside Kick and Spin Heel Kick to Double Fist Block
Left inside kick and right spin kick turning 270 degrees landing into a left back stance with double fist block
6. Forearm Block and Forearm Strike
Left forearm block and right forearm strike in an extended left front stance
7. Knife Edge Push Kick and Middle Block
Right knife edge push kick into a left middle block (with the fist) into a right cat stance
8. Inside Kick and Spin Heel Kick to Double Fist Block
Left inside kick and right spin back side kick stepping into a left back stance with double fist block
9. Forearm Block and Forearm Strike
Left forearm block and right forearm strike in an extended left front stance
10. Center Toe, Roundhouse, Spin Back Side Kick to Double Knife Hand Block
Right center toe kick, left roundhouse kick, and right spin back side kick turning to face 180 degrees and into right back stance with double knife hand style fighting stance
11. Defensive Punch Knife Hand Striking
Execute defensive punching striking technique #4 stepping into a horse ride stance.
12. Defensive Kick Sweep and Middle Block Down
Turn to right forward stance performing a roundhouse kick block (leg sweep style) and cross step while "sweeping" the opponent (the right palm heel is used to "strike" at the opponent's shoulder) and step down into left back stance with left middle block coming down from top
13. Double Side Kick to Double Knife Hand Block
Step into left forward front stance and right high left low block executing a right side kick and left spin back side kick turning into left back stance with double knife hand block
14. Double Punch
Step into a right forward stance executing a double (chest level) punch and ki hap
15. Groin Rip
Stand up into (stand on left leg) crane stance (right hand is fist and left hand in knife hand) and step forward into left back stance executing a right "rip" of groin
16. Double High Block Cross Stance
Stand up and bring hands down and spin 180 cw into cross stance(from the low x block, make a big circle and pull up into the cross stance)
17. Groin Rip
Step forward into right back stance and execute left "rip" of groin pulling back into the right back stance
