1. Elbow strike and backfist
Step in with the left foot and block with double forearm block. Execute a right elbow strike on the O’s thigh and a backfist to the head.
2. Circular elbow strike
Block with double forearm in a circular style block spinning around CW 180 degrees. Execute right elbow to the back at the O’s ribs.
3. Roundhouse kick
Step in with the left foot (45 degrees. to the left) and block (left forearm to block lower right leg-calf area of opponent and right arm catching the kicking leg from below) and execute a right roundhouse kick to the solar plexus.
4. Knee kick and side kick
Step in with the left foot and block (left forearm to lower leg and right arm catching from below) and execute left knee kick to the inner knee and left side kick to the back of the standing leg.
5. Hap gok ki bub
Step in with left foot and perform double forearm block and grab opponent's right hap gok. Spin around 180 degrees CCW and throw the O to the front.
6. Knife arm
Block with the left forearm and step in with the left foot. Grab the opponent's left leg (standing leg) and perform right knife arm to the left calf. Follow up by wrapping the opponent's left leg around my right leg.
7. Wrist joint throwing technique
Block with the right forearm while stepping in with the left foot. Grab the opponent's right hand with the left and right hand performing a wrist throw while stepping back CCW with the left foot.
8. Leg sweep
Block by catching the leg from beneath with the right arm while skipping in (similar to the side kick block and sweep). Sweep the standing leg like the side kick block.
9. Inside low scoop kick
Step in with the left leg and block with left forearm while the right arm catches the Os leg from below. Grab the opponent's shoulder or sleeve with the left hand. Execute a left inside low scoop kick to the standing leg and pull back with the left hand sweeping the Os left leg.
10. Frontal leg sweep
Step in with the left leg and block (left forearm block calf with the right arm catching from below). The right foot also steps in. The left leg will be used to sweep the standing leg from the front. The target is high inner thigh.
