Grabbed with 2 Hands Against 2 Hands
1. Double wrist joint lock and knee lift kick Step in with the left foot. Rotate both live hands down and around to grab the Os inner wrists and twist them out to joint lock them pulling the O down. As he comes down, execute a right knee lift kick followed by a center toe kick to the groin.
2. Right forearm and knife hand strike Step in the middle of O with the right foot into right back stance. Execute a right forearm strike to the Os right inner forearm to release hold on my left wrist while simultaneously pulling out the right live hand. Pull the right hand back and execute a right knife hand to the Os neck.
3. Shoulder throw Cross step in with left foot. The right live hand pulls out to the left and the left hand grabs the opponent's left outer hand just above the wrist. Step in with the right foot and reach up from below to cover both Os arms and execute a shoulder throw over the right shoulder.
4. Double wrist grab to middle arm lock and throw Rotate both live hand CCW to the inner wrists of O while stepping out to right with the right foot. Step in CW 180 deg with the left foot continuing to rotate the Os arms so they become crossed and force the O to flip over by locking the Os right arm against the Os left outer middle arm.
5. X push Cross step in with the left. The right foot steps in behind opponent's right knee. Raise both arms high and push to the back forcing the Os wrists to lock up while kicking out opponent's right knee from behind.
